Return PolicySatisfaction Guaranteed!We will accept returns or exchanges of unused item(s) in their original packaging. You must submit a request for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) within 14 days of receipt of your order. An RGA number must accompany all returns. Upon submission of the RGA form, you will receive via email an RGA number. You must include this number with your return. If your return does not include an RGA number, you package will likely get lost and you will not receive credit. Returns will be credited the full amount less any shipping charges or restocking fees (up to 25%). |
